Used the 1/2 and 3/4 ounce gold minnows. Catch fish every time we go out on lake Erie in the west basin. Highly recommend using a nightcrawler with it. Walleye love this. Unfortunately so do the sheephead. But fun regardless and are a worthy investment.

I have really been trying to get away from trolling for walleye with heavy gear. I launched last Friday from Small Boat Harbor in Buffalo with the intention of bottom bouncing one rod and casting with the Thundermist 1 3/4 Oz jigging spoon. While I didn't catch a Walleye with the spoon, I did get a nice size drum. I'm certain I will catch some walleye over the summer with these spoons... Can't wait!
