Used once on big waves/lake Erie w/ Perch Captain recommending 2oz weight (depth: 20-30ft) - bite was slow, caught 10/30 Perch limit (used perch minnows hooked under/through nose)
Not sure why the snap (for the sinker) at the bottom must be so massive but otherwise a nice concept to easily change out the weight
The 2 horizontal hook lines still twisted around the line and caused the flouro carbon line to kink/bend despite the premium 3 way swivel system
Despite these issues the rig still caught fish and probably did help the horizontal lines w/ hooks (2) from getting twisted even more, I would recommend trying this rig if planning to using minnows for perch 15ft or more without too much taller weed growth
Also, used on Lake St. Clair (17ft) and caught a few nice perch using larger emerald shinners (unfortunately the smallmouth devoured them too, distracting from the perch, but who doesn't enjoy reeling in a 3lb smallie)
Love this rig. Saves a lot of time & the hooks sit just right. I've caught so many bluegill and other pan fish with these. I definitely will be buying more from this company. Especially since their price is lower than Amazon.

That's awesome, thanks David!
Fantastic rig, it essentially was a bolt rig, I believe the octopus hooks work a little better. Maybe try a little Larger size circle hook only because of the corn kernels not being enough. However both work amazing, you literally watch your rod or listen for the free running reel to go off.. they caught catfish also rest assured

So glad to hear you are enjoying the T-Turn Bait rigs and the Viper Spoons for Fluke...that's great fishing and some very good eating right there - we also love fluke fishing :)
What a great buying experience!! Can't wait to use this spring.

Glad you're enjoying the t-turn bait rigs James - thanks for writing in and good luck on the water 🎣🎣
Worked great up on mullet lake in Michigan. First time down with minnows I caught 2 perch. Next few times only one perch. Still very impressed with it.

Appreciate your feedback Mark...good fishing!
$14 duty on a $34 order is a little out of whack, not your fault.
I have used these T turn rigs from Thundermist multiple times, work great. I’m going to make some up with your components as well as your premade perch rigs .
Also, I follow Thundermist on You Tube, now there is a guy who is passionate about his products!!!

Always satisfied with your company. Thank you for the opportunity do business with a firm that takes seriously excellent products and service. Thank you!
Haven't used them yet but plan on trying them next weekend up Cape Cod. I ordered the recommended 4A size which may be fine for smaller Porgies, but I wish I had also ordered some of the next size up for Seabass. Ordering was pretty easy; however, tracking wasn't very good and delivery I guess because it comes through Canada is pricey and takes a while. The rigs seem well constructed and if they perform, I'll be ordering more.
