Vertical jigging for walleye using my secret weapon

Today we're vertical jigging for walleye using my favourite jigging spoon, the Stingnose Jigging Spoon! We're working the Stingnose right off of the bottom, jigging it up, and let it flutter down. The flutter down is the key to this jigging for walleye method.
