"Teasing" Sea Bass, Scup, and a bonus Tautog

I'm out here with Phil and Antonio and today we're going to "tease" some sea bass! We're fishing the saltwater of Buzzards Bay with the Teaser-Ts and a Peanut Bunker jigging spoon under it. The idea is that you work the Peanut Bunker like normal, the difference is with that teaser, if there are any suspended fish they'll hit the teaser above it. This often leads to double headers as well!
