Shoreline Steelhead - fishing from shore

Rain in December? Sure beats snow, I'll take it. I have a bit of a dilemma. I'm running the size 4 Stingeye Spinner and the water is crystal clear: what colour do I use? So that means Sliver would be great, but it's cloudy. But, when I saw all these birds diving in the bay, I knew I had to open with the sliver.
