Shore fishing for carp with corn

Today we're on the tiniest shoreline right by the road and we're baited up with corn fishing for common carp. A huge advantage is using a sliding sinker rig so the carp don't get spooked when they take the bait. Without a smooth sliding sinker, carp can feel the tension of the line when they take the bait and end up getting spooked and dropping it before you get a chance to set the hook.
