Plan B - Steelhead, Niagara River

Today we're out with Antonio, the Boatless Angler, fishing the mouth of the Niagara River. The water temp is about 33F and we're bottom-bouncing for brown trout - and when that didn't work, we switch to Plan B, Steelhead.
