Ice Fishing Tips for Perch and Panfish

We go over a wide range of tips on how to catch panfish through the ice. We're out on the very very windy ice using the tiny 1/8oz gold Stingnose with an extra hook at the top with a chartreuse Eye Drop. The water depth is about 30 feet.
