Huge Salmon in Tough Conditions

We're fishing for Salmon in some challenging shore conditions: it's flooded, water levels are the highest I've ever seen, trees are submerged, water is murky at maybe visibility at 4-6" at best. Though it's perfect for the American Smelt crankbait - and it delivers!
