Early Season Bullhead and Catfish Fishing from Shore

We are fishing for bullhead and channel catfish from shore. We're using cut sucker on T-Turn Bait Rigs. It's early April, though it's been a long winter, so the water is very very cold making the catfish really slow. Today's game is patience.
