Cold water perch fishing with live minnows

Today we're running live minnows on the T-Turn Bait Rig which comes pre-tied as we fish for yellow and white perch. It's late November and since we're using live minnows as bait, you never know exactly what you'll get into. We're anchored along the shorelines of the Niagara River and fishing just off the bottom. The key to fishing with live minnows is to always keep your line moving, even if slightly.
